Hi everybody. It's Chris Byberg, the director of the National House of Prayer, coming to you today from Ottawa. Well, it's the day after the election day. Well, this video is coming out. Actually, I shot this the morning of election day, so we don't know who has won at this point in this video. Um, at least for me right now. Uh but I want to encourage you to stay in a particular posture. The nation will likely be divided. It is divided. I don't know who won yesterday won last night. So I don't know which way. But I one thing I can tell you, there will be a group of people that are disappointed today. There will be. And we have a particular job in this hour. And our job is not to

is not to curse, but it's to bless. And we've heard us speak about this over and over. Those of you who track with us and have been with us over the years, um we are not to curse, but we are to bless. James 3 talks about this that how can there be two sources coming from two water sources, salt water and fresh water from one source. It's either one or the other. So I want to encourage you to stay in the place of blessing in this time because our our country is divided. We saw this through the election. It's very polarized. Over many years, we have been polarized and we need to see this country become united again and and back to where it needs to be. And I believe

that's going to come a lot from us, the people of God. And I want to read this portion of scripture from you from 2 Corinthians to 15. This is really good. We were actually praying this a couple weeks ago in one of our prayers or and let me just read this to you because it's really good. But thanks be to God who always leads us in triumphal pos procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. You are the aroma of Christ. And so I want to encourage you to let that aroma of Christ, the knowledge, the the the scripture says in

habac this, let the knowledge of the glory of the Lord cover the earth like the waters cover the sea. And so let the knowledge of the glory of the Lord cover Canada like the waters cover the sea. And that that knowledge would come from us the believers. The fragrance of Christ would walk waft across our nation in every province in every city in every region. The fragrance of Christ would waft over us. That's who we are. We are James 3. Those that sow in shalom will re will reap a harvest of righteousness. I'm Chris Byber, the director of the National House of Prayer, and we'll see you next time. Bye for now. [Music]
