Election Prayer Strategy 2025
John 13:35 reminds us that the world will recognize us as Jesus' disciples by our love for one another. In Canada, as in many places, political divides have become deeply polarizing, even within the church. Some believers lean left, others right, yet no political party fully represents the Kingdom of God. Still, Christians can fall into the trap of judging one another based on political affiliation.
James 2 warns against partiality, making it clear that showing favoritism—whether political or otherwise—is a sin. The church is called to rise above earthly politics, maintaining unity in Christ despite differing perspectives. Our prayer is that we, as the body of Christ, would reflect His love across political lines, demonstrating to the world that our allegiance is first and foremost to His Kingdom. May God give us the grace to love one another well, keeping our witness strong in these divided times.
