hi everybody it's Chris byri the director of the national House of Prayer coming to you today from Ottawa and Welcome to our our election 2025 prayer strategy um I want to talk to you today about the Grassroots and the importance of the Grassroots movement in Canada it is so so important that these things are are viable and moving in every part of of uh the political process you know the thing is and you've heard me say this before um you know I believe that the kingdom of God is supposed to be everywhere this is the whole thing about the Lord you know he says here o Israel love the Lord your God with all your heart with all your soul with all your mind with all

your strength this is this thing about all and the thing about God he wants to be everywhere and he wants to have it all and doesn't matter what sphere of society he wants to be in all of it and that's what's really wonderful so so God wants to be amongst the conservatives he wants to be amongst the Liberals he wants to be amongst the NDP he wants to be amongst the the even the block as well as those other parties and I'm not going to name them all but people because people are going to chime in you didn't say this guy and you didn't say this guy but I mean no when I'm talking about all the parties I'm talking about all the parties please pleas don't have

them make me recite them all anyway uh he wants to be everywhere and it's important that the Grassroots is functioning in all parties and that's really important and you need to look at this and even as part of your decision making process ask yourself how effective is the Grassroots in the party of my choice when was the last time they had a policy convention there are some parties out there that have been in formation for quite a while that haven't even had a policy convention therefore the Grassroots is ineffective so I want you to be looking at that how do they choose laws how do they make policy how look at all these things and is the Grassroots involved because that's

important it's important that you have your say in the process that way because if you get to have your say in the process you can bring the kingdom of God to that process do you understand this this is why it's important that Believers are engaged because we've otherwise we create a vacuum and that's why we need to have Believers in the NDP and the Liberals and the conservatives even the conservatives because we need to have the voice of the kingdom of God ringing in every part of our society every part remember like I said God wants it all so remember the Grassroots pray for the Grassroots pray that the Grassroots grows in every portion of of our our political realm I'm Chris bber
