foreign [Music] director of the national House of Prayer coming to you today from Ottawa well yesterday was a very fun-filled day on Parliament Hill we were we were out to pray while the million person March for children was taking on it was a big event very very large I would say tens of thousands showed up Christians Muslims secularists lots and lots of people and it was a peaceful event I'm happy to say that we were there to pray for peace and that it would be a peaceful event and it was so hallelujah thank you Lord also it's a wonder I just want to talk about this and talk about our freedom of speech it's important when we have opportunities to voice our

opinions that we take advantage of them it's part of what's in our toolbox so um so when there are opportunities to arise and where you can come out and peacefully um voice your opinion I would suggest you do that but I also want to let you know that you know many times people think of us as activists and and hope we are not activists here but what where we are active we activate prayer and that is our our our our main call here at National House of Prayer to activate strategic prayer in the nation and so whenever anything is happening in our jurisdiction our wise one of the places that we have authority where we have uh um it's our neighborhood and so in your

neighborhood if there are things that are happening that you need to join in and and to be a part of do that but the main way that you can really become an effective activist is to be activated in prayer because let you pray nothing really really happens so I on that I just want to say you know last week we talked about uh rather this will be a couple weeks ahead so a couple of weeks we go we talked about climate change and to pray for climate change in the House of Commons and already we've already heard of some things that are happening and and one of our favorite things that we do on the hill is collaborate with many Ministries there's about four or five Ministries that we we work with

closely on the hill and um and there are great things happening in those Ministries uh Tim chadel the shindeliza a leading influence which we really love very pastel with the members of parliament and and they have a prayer component as well Christian Embassy led by Darlene McLean we love working with them and she works a lot with MPS and embassies ambassadors and and those kinds of things diplomats as well as nation of prayer and and uh and others so we just really love working with them we collaborate in a big way and one Ministry spoke to me um just recently uh about how God has been opening up um in places that were traditionally kind of shut off to us you know we have

our friends on the hill and and sometimes things can get kind of partisan but there are some places where things and where doors have been shut and I just want to tell you the doors are opening up across all parties for all of us uh to bring the gospel to bring the truth to bring to bring in care for members Parliament so I'm just really excited to say that to say that there are there is an element of climate change that we're seeing in the house and doors that were once closed to us are now opening up and that's really really exciting and so uh so we're planning for that so anyway so be in prayer for and off because we do we have lots of fun on the hill I'll tell you I

have a blast working with members and and uh working with members of parliament and staffers and leading prayer events and it's it's really good but also pray for the other member for the other Ministries on the hill because they are active and they're doing a great work so thank you everybody I just thought I would update you on climate change and that the climate is really really changing on the hill my name is Chris beiberg I'm the director of the national House of Prayer the I'll see you next time bye for now foreign [Music]
