Hi everybody, Brad Fedler with the National House of Prayer with a prayer point for for today and and praying during this election cycle. And today I want to pray for wise and godly staffers to find favor with politicians from all parties, both sides of the aisle, um anywhere they can get plugged in. And I'm, you know, I'm thinking of this, uh, you know, thinking along the lines of Joseph and Daniel, two guys that God raised up, um, who became very influential, uh, carried a lot of responsibilities, um, serving in the cabinet, if you will, of very powerful world leaders of of empires that did not acknowledge uh, God. You think of Egypt worshiping a plethora of false gods,

sorcery and and whatnot that they were into. Babylon, same thing, into a lot of magic, a lot of all that kind of stuff. And then there you have Joseph and Daniel serving in the king's courts in those those places. Pharaoh with Joseph, uh Daniel with Nebuchadnezzar and with other kings that followed after him. um they were in a place where they could influence and speak to uh the leaders even though they were in positions that would that you know could seem to be compromising um in a lot of ways. And then even later in the New Testament we see Paul in chains having opportunities to preach to governors and kings and believe even Caesar himself. So, um yeah, I just want

to pray for that just that that wise and godly staffers would find positions of influence um in all parties in the House of Commons. So, Father, we thank you. We thank you for the ones who work behind the scenes that we don't often see. We thank you for our elected officials, uh especially those who know you and are open about that. Father, we also know there are many staffers uh who love you, who are faithful to you, and who serve behind the scenes in the House of Commons. And Father, I ask that they would find that you would position them uh strategically that you would position them with with various MPs and various parties uh where you would you would

have them have influence there. would they find themselves in positions of influence where they can be salt and light where they could bring the values in the heart of your kingdom in in all different parties and on both sides of the aisle uh throughout the House of Commons. So, Father, we thank you for these staffers. Bless them, sustain them, encourage them where they know times of refreshing in your presence. Uh and God we ask would you would you set them in places where they can have uh profound influence sewing uh the seed of your word bringing the leavenven of the kingdom everywhere they go. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Bless you guys. See you tomorrow with another one.
