[Music] hi everybody it's Chris byberg the director of the national House of Prayer coming to you today from Ottawa well happy first week of Advent here we are December is upon us the year is blown by so fast so many things that we pressed in for this year and now we're into Advent or Christmas time I love this time of year but I love the first week of Advent that represents hope uh some some traditions call it the prophet's candle if you're lighting Advent candles it's a time of hope you know there are over 300 Messianic prophecies of Jesus coming that's a lot of hope that's a lot of hope that carries on for today and for tomorrow and into our society into
other societies other cultures lots of hope so I want to encourage you uh especially in terms of praying for Canada that there is hope that Messiah has come Joy to the World the Lord Has Come and this is so full of Hope May the god of Hope fill us with hope overflowing by the power of the Holy Spirit that's what the Apostle Paul said in Romans so in terms of praying for even Israel at this time let's pray that they would see hope that they would see Messiah the the Messiah has come in this time not only for Israel but for the people of Canada for the people in your communities for the people in your jobs that they would see the hope of messiah in this Christmas time so I pray for you
