This is Michelle Marcelen, founder of Refuge House of Prayer in Ottawa, coming to you with a request that I'm sure is on many of our hearts these days. It is for this great country of ours, Canada, for the dominion of Canada, God's country, and for its future. With the federal election campaigning in full swing, I ask you to keep candidates in prayer for Jesus to be proclaimed and for this nation to be brought to its knees. I'm reminded of an old song by written by Martin Smith, a fame group Delirious called Can a Nation Be Changed? This song proclaims mightily that a nation can be changed if its people are on their knees prostrate before holy God. Then and only then the

promise of Psalm 72:8 can come true. May he also rule from sea to sea and from the river to the ends of the earth. So, as we enter into this season of transition of power, let us remember to keep praying for righteousness and holiness to come into this great nation of ours and to pray for humility for our leaders. 2 Chronicles 7:14 states that if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven will forgive their sin and will heal their land. So I urge you now to pray and fast and take these next few weeks to commit ourselves a new to the calling of us to be a nation on our knees. The calling
